While I was just along for the ride on my husband’s business trip, our Denmark vacation time, as I considered it, was amazing. I was fascinated by the artwork and the architecture that we saw while there and I could have wandered through the magnificent castles for a lifetime. Now, it’s my goal in life to one day buy an old one and restore it to it’s former glory. I can’t imagine how much that would cost, but wouldn’t it be amazing?

Doctors should not be put on the line for patients who lie to them. The mandate on doctors to protect themselves from lawsuits due to unreasonable expectations and awards and the mandate by government to enforce laws that are intrusive to liberty is absurd. I have been on opiates for almost 15 years due to an auto accident. I am required by law to see a doctor once a month whether I am sick or not just to maintain my level of comfort just to function. Reason is not allowed. The cost to me and the medical system is huge. If I want to travel and vacation I have a huge problem. I once had to waste a whole vacation day in California because I did not have a local doctor and they would not accept a script from out of state. In the mean time I was going through withdrawal and increasing pain. I am tethered to my doctor in my state due to intrusive state and federal laws. I pay a co pay every time I go to the doctor which amounts to nothing more than tax targeted on me. It is ridiculous. I have not eve touched on the cost to law enforcement to fight illicit trade.
We would do ourselves a big favor and accept that some people will always cheat and that we not should not legislate the patient doctor relationship. It would save us time, money and return liberty to the individual . We have way too many laws and regulations in this country.
