The Recommended Tip Rate in Maui
You will be receiving excellent service during your vacation package in Maui. Due to this, you cannot help but be obliged to give tips to these men and women who have graciously assisted you during your Maui trip. However, you are not aware of the appropriate amount to give.
The standard rule is $1 per type of service. Thus, if your housekeeper helped you with the bed arrangement, the she would appreciate if she were given a dollar per bed for each night of her service. The same goes for the luggage porters and the doorman. Nevertheless, the rest of the services will request a 15% to 20% rate.
